CANCELLATION There is a $25 late cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel with no notice/no show, your full appointment fee will be charged. DIRECT BILLING for treatment by a Registered Acupuncturist is available with most insurance providers. We offer this as a courtesy. Please verify actual coverage with your insurance company before your appointment. If billing confirmation from your insurer is unavailable at the time of your appointment, you will be asked to pay for the treatment and make the claim directly with your insurer. If your insurance coverage is limited to a certain amount per appointment, any remaining balance is due at the time of treatment. A receipt will be provided.
