CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice have a late-cancel fee of $25.

No-shows with no cancellation notice will be charged 100% of the regular treatment fee.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX, cash, Interac/debit, and direct billing to most insurance companies.

DIRECT BILLING: Our clinic offers direct billing with most insurers. We offer this as a courtesy. Please check your coverage in advance to confirm if you have coverage for "Acupuncture by a Registered Acupuncturist". We do not verify your insurance coverage. If you would like direct billing, please notify us at the beginning of your first appointment, as additional forms may be required. Some policies may not cover the full amount of your treatment fee; in this case, the balance of payment is required at the time of service.
